Club Governance and Policies

The MOC Social Club is a private lifestyle club for men 21+, governed by a Board of Directors. The Board manages daily operations, appoints officers, and oversees a Membership Committee that reviews applications to ensure alignment with club values.

 

To protect member privacy, Board and Membership Committee meetings are closed sessions and not open to the public. The club prioritizes transparency, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
